The display provides an audible and visual warning to the driver when something enters the driver’s blind spot to give the driver extra time reaction time to prevent an accident. An LED display is included with the system.
You can upgrade to the PreView® Plus Monitor and Cameras System for added visual verification. The PreView Plus system provides the same audible warning for the driver, while imposing colored indicators directly onto the monitor for a single point of focus.
When the PreView Plus Monitor is used with a two camera system, the driver will see a split screen until a detection occurs. Once the detection occurs, the monitor reverts to a single screen view to provide the driver a larger image of the item detected.
- The cable is fed through the refuse truck to connect the sensors to the in-cab display unit.
- A single PreView® WorkSight® for Waste Sensor is mounted on the panel above the hopper.
- The add-on optional PreView Plus cameras are mounted at the top on the back of the rear loader with a second camera mounted on the top right side.
